Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Every order is sent tracked and usually lands in 7–12 working days in the UK. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by 10 December and yes. After that we'll still ship it, but we can't promise Santa beats the courier.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. UK only for now.

Sizing & fit

What size should I get?
They're a unisex fit and run true to size. If you like it baggy, size up. Full measurements are on the Size Guide.

Are they actually knitted?
No, and that's the trick. The knit texture is printed edge to edge on a soft mid-weight polyester, which is why the designs are so sharp. Warm, stretchy, and it doesn't itch.

Care

How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold (30°C), inside out. Don't tumble dry and don't iron the print. Hang it up and it'll be ready for the next party.

Returns

Can I return it?
Yes. Unworn jumpers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Full details in our refund policy.

It arrived damaged or it's the wrong size.
Email us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you, your call.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you email us within 2 hours of ordering, usually yes. After that it's likely already being printed.

How do I contact you?
Use the contact page or email us. We reply to everything, usually within a day.
